On arrival you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff who will help you fill in our new patient registration and medical history form.
Our orthodontists want to get to know the person behind the smile. We want to know what your concerns are, and what you would like to achieve. Parents are welcome to attend. We will provide a comprehensive orthodontic examination which may include photos, 3D scans and X-rays discuss, along with discussions on potential treatment options.
Your Treatment Plan
At this visit, we will recommend the best treatment plan for your unique circumstances as well as discussing our flexible, interest free payment plans. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have. You will also receive your ‘before’ photos and detailed letter confirming the treatment options discussed and the one that is recommended for you. The goal of this appointment is that you leave with full confidence you are well on your way to getting that healthy, confident smile.
Begin Your Treatment
Once you’re ready, we’ll book your fitting appointment for your braces or clear aligners and provide all the necessary instructions for care, colour module selection and oral hygiene.
Over the course of your braces treatment you’ll have some visits to our practice (typically every 4-8 weeks) where we’ll adjust wires, change elastic modules, monitor progress and make any refinements necessary.
